In vivo data analysis

This topic addresses the analysis of multichannel electrophysiological recordings acquired from in vivo preclinical models. Computational pipelines are developed to study neural population activity, network interactions, and pathological alterations associated with neurological disorders and acquired brain injuries. The focus is on extracting robust descriptors of neural dynamics across temporal and spatial scales, enabling comparison between physiological and pathological conditions. These analyses provide a quantitative link between experimental interventions, network-level responses, and functional outcomes.
