This topic develops computational models of MEA-based neuronal networks to identify molecular and cellular causes of phenotypes of patients-derived neuronal networks. These models are extended toward brain-scale simulations, including brain twin approaches for the interpretation and simulation of EEG activity, linking in vitro networks to in vivo and clinical data.
