Clinical data analysis

This research topic focuses on the computational analysis of clinical electrophysiological and neuroimaging data, including EEG, high-density EEG, stereo-EEG, and brain imaging modalities. Dedicated pipelines are developed for signal processing, feature extraction, and multimodal data integration, with the goal of identifying clinically relevant biomarkers and brain-scale signatures of disease. By combining electrophysiology and imaging-derived features, this activity aims to bridge clinical observations with underlying network mechanisms and support data-driven clinical research.
